Pay Rate Table - This is where you input your
National and Local Agreements, along with arbitrary rates. You have the
freedom of naming them whatever they are called on your property. Got a rate
increase? No problems... just update your table and your E-Timebook is up to date! Like your company's
payroll department, hourly rates are converted into $ per minute. Included
is a Conversion Calculator to do all the math for you!
Trip
Ticket - This is your digital time slip where all crew information, on and
off duty times, OT, etc. are entered. Using the codes you made in the Pay
Rate Table, your pay is auto-calculated with a total for the day.
Pay
Period Report - You have the power to check your pay for the week, a month
for your guarantee or even a year!

- Mile Basic Day

Phonebooks
- Three different digital phone directories, one for Company numbers, one

Train
Consist Calculator - Part of the Wheel & Delay Report is this handy
little feature that keeps track of your current train. You put in your
starting train with number of loads, empties, tons and length. Record your
setoffs & pickups and your current train is auto-calculated. 
Expense
Reports - When tax time rolls along, you simply generate a
categorized report and all the totals are right there.
